Founded in 1984, City Books is a small, friendly shop with an emphasis on both old-world charm & modern customer service. We offer used and collectible books, and are pleased to fulfill special orders and custom curation requests. Located in the heart of the Old Allegheny Historic District, the bookshop features great lighting, a gender-neutral bathroom, free Wi-Fi, and soft jazz.
City Books sells new books online with direct home delivery through our Bookshop virtual storefront and used books via Instagram (@citybookspgh) with store pick up or Media Mail delivery.
